Djokić + Partners acted as an advisor in the development and opening of LeskoPark, a newly launched retail complex in Leskovac that officially opened last week. The project represents one of the most significant retail investments in southern Serbia in recent years.

Our team provided legal support throughout the course of the project, assisting with regulatory, contractual and real-estate matters to ensure the successful completion and launch of the retail center.

The development was carried out in cooperation with CBRE South Eastern Europe (SEE), highlighting the importance of cross-sector expertise in bringing complex retail projects to market.
