Pavle Peno graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. His practice focuses on real estate, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, as well as regulatory and administrative matters. Pavle advises domestic and international clients on real estate development projects, commercial leasing, construction and planning regulations, expropriation and administrative transfer proceedings, and day-to-day corporate matters. His work includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, lease agreements, service and maintenance contracts, as well as preparing corporate documents and due diligence reports. He regularly represents clients before courts, cadastre authorities, inspection bodies and other state institutions, and advises clients from the real estate, retail, construction, hospitality and commercial sectors on compliance, risk management and operational legal issues. He speaks Serbian, English and French.
