Siniša Mrkajić possesses over a decade of expertise in the realm of criminal law. He has actively participated in legal proceeding, serving as defense attorney for defendants and representing individuals and legal entities affected by criminal acts. His role extends to acting as a prosecutor for injured parties (subsidiary prosecutors) and private prosecutors. Mrkajić holds certificates for defending and representing minors in criminal cases, demonstrating specialized knowledge in children’s rights and the legal protection of minors. He is capable of navigating all stages of proceedings involving both adult and minor offenders.
Beyond criminal law, Mrkajić is engaged in corporate, civil, labor, administrative, and executive law. His advised domestic and foreign companies, as well as individuals, some of whom are prominent figures in Serbian society. He offers comprehensive legal protection, facilitated structural development, and provides legal consultation.
Valentina graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and was admitted to the Bar Association in December 2023. She speaks Serbian and English.
